Rouge Loves accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted or faulty items within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached.
Shipping costs are not refundable. The full price of the dress is refunded on all successful refunds.

Returns will only be accepted once received within 14 days of receipt.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10-14 WORKING DAYS- once processed please allow some time for this to reflect back into your account, all dependant on your banking provider. Please include your returns form within parcel, if returns forms or order details are not included in returns we can not gurantee that return will be processed within the 10-14 working day window. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 working days for funds to reflect in account, depening on banking provider. Please log into your account for confirmation of refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
Please be advised that it may take between 3-5 working days for any funds due to reflect in your banking statement. Unfortunately this is out of our control, but dependent on your banking service provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except if the returned item is faulty. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you would like to exchange an item to equal value or less, please request on returns form and specify what style and size. Alternatively, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment.
